Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Consultant with deep expertise in Service Cloud to join our team. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, driving configuration best practices, and ensuring optimal user experience across customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have advanced hands-on experience with Service Cloud, including CTI integration, Knowledge Management, Document Generation, and Omni-Channel routing.
