職務概要：
千歳空港（CTS）におけるクライアント空港システムのオンサイトサポートおよび保守業務を担当する、意欲のあるレベル1ネットワークエンジニアを募集しています。
Windows Server環境の運用経験や TCP/IP ネットワークトラブルシューティングの実務経験を有する、中級レベルのIT知識をお持ちの方が理想です。
CUTE、CUSS、eGate、PFM、BPM など、ミッションクリティカルなクライアントシステムの円滑な運用・監視・保守を担当していただきます。
主な業務内容
以下のクライアントシステムの 日次監視、保守、トラブルシューティング を実施
CUTE（共用端末機器）：262台
CUSS（共用セルフサービス端末）：38台
eGate：6台
PFM & BPM：サポート対象
ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク接続に関するインシデントの診断および解決
エスカレーション時には、レベル2/3エンジニアやクライアントのリモートサポートチームと連携
システムのヘルスチェック、性能監視、予防保守の実施
エンドユーザーからのインシデント受付、チケット管理、対応状況の追跡
設定情報、インシデント、資産情報に関するドキュメントの正確な更新と管理

応募資格・経験（Qualifications & Experience）
IT・コンピュータサイエンス関連の短大・専門卒または学士号
ITサポートまたはネットワーク管理での 1〜3 年の実務経験
CompTIA Network+、MCSA、CCNA などの関連資格保有者は優遇
