Arene is a platform driving Toyota’s Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) development, providing engineers with the tools to innovate quickly and safely. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR The Arene UX team, part of the larger Arene Value Delivery team, is looking for a passionate team player to support our UX research operations. You’ll assist in planning, conducting, and sharing user research to inspire creativity. You’ll also collaborate with researchers, vendors, and participants, ensuring communication and efficient processes. You will report to the Head of Arene UX, and this role is hybrid you will work in the office 3 days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: Research Standardization & Documentation Develop and maintain research methods, scripts, templates, and consent forms to streamline processes and ensure consistency. Participant & Study Management Assist in recruiting participants and managing logistics for UX research, supporting both qualitative and quantitative studies. Data Management and Insights Sharing Help manage research insights through the UX Knowledge Hub, ensuring accessibility across the team. Vendor and Stakeholder Relations Oversee vendor contracts and act as a communication point for stakeholders. Global Collaboration and Advocacy Promote user research and its value in fostering a user-centered design culture. Learning & Growth Master the essentials, techniques, and strategies of top-tier UX researchers. Start by supporting research efforts, progress to conducting small studies, and ultimately take charge of your own end-to-end research projects. 2 years of experience working as DesignOps, ResearchOps, or Research Assistant Research, product, and/or project management background Experience working with UX Researchers and Designers Spoken and written English and Japanese fluency Experience working with and managing UX research Marketing research vendors Experience working with startups from early phases to build the product and service Experience with UX teams in the automotive and/or enterprise software industry 年間休日120日以上 従業員数1000人以上 日系グローバル企業 女性管理職実績あり 教育・研修制度充実 産休・育休取得実績あり 社内公用語が英語 フレックスタイム 完全土日休み]]>
