Salary :
- $145k - $165k+ commesurate with experience and annual billables bonus of up to $50k in bonuses + fully comprehensive benefits, healthcare coverage, PTO.

- The practice centers on insurance, reinsurance, and various other matters spanning across transactional & regulatory compliance servicing sophisticated and bespoke institutional clients.
About the Role:
- Handle complex insurance coverage litigation, including commercial first‑party insurance, reinsurance, third‑party liability, professional liability, and bad faith coverage disputes.
- Take ownership of motion practice, coverage opinions, discovery, and client communications as part of a collaborative team in a nationally prominent practice.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school and above-average academic credentials.
- Admission to practice law within the state of New York.
- At least 3 years of experience in the private practice of law.
- Working experience providing legal defense in complex and high-stakes insurance claims and related matters.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Admission to multiple U.S. jursidictions (i.e. NY & NJ) .
- Litigation experience handling insurance coverage matters, with substantial experience in all phases of litigation from pre-litigation management through motion practice and settlement or trial phase.
- Superb legal writing skill and forensic legal analysis and research proficieny.
