Job Description

Are you a reliable driver with a strong commitment to safety and customer service? We’re hiring a Delivery Driver to join our team and play a key role in delivering doors, frames, hardware, and related materials to jobsites and customers across the Seattle metro area.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate company box trucks and vehicles while following DOT and company standards.
  • Deliver materials accurately and on time to customer locations.
  • Load and unload delivery items using material handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift) or manually.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical concerns.
  • Navigate efficiently using GPS and routing apps, adapting as needed based on traffic or site changes.
  • Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and obtain required signatures.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
  • Represent the company with a courteous, professional attitude on every jobsite.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks such as staging and loading when needed.
  • Keep assigned vehicles clean and organized inside and out.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements required.
  • Prior box truck driving experience preferred, especially within the Seattle metro area.
  • Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 100 pounds with or without assistance.
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a team player.
  • Adaptability to changing schedules, site conditions, and customer needs.
  • All job offers are contingent on ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (30-minute unpaid meal break).
  • Overtime, second-shift deliveries, or schedule changes may occasionally be required based on business needs.
  • Frequent sitting, climbing in/out of vehicles, and lifting; occasional warehouse work.
