■Company Profile

• Japanese subsidiary of a global IT and engineering services company. Against a background of continuous growth, the company aims to strengthen its accounting and finance department. The organization emphasizes efficient and accurate management of accounting operations while collaborating with members from diverse backgrounds.

■The Role

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with Japanese GAAP (JGAAP) and handle tax
• Directly manage the Accounting team and liaise with external tax accountants and auditors
• Manage receivables, payables, general ledger and tax processing
• Support accounting integration for newly acquired companies (group and local reporting, KPI management, etc.)
• Other management Support for accounting integration of newly acquired companies (group and local reporting, KPI management, etc.)
• Other requests from management and overseas headquarters

■Your Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting
• Fluent level of Japanese, business level of English

■Location

• Tokyo

■Salary

• 8 million yen - 12 million yen
