We're working with a well-established recruiting firm that is actively looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their fast-growing team. About the Role

You’ll report to the Team Lead of Recruiting and work closely with Account Managers to help deliver top-tier IT talent. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical recruiting skills who enjoys sourcing, relationship-building, and working in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
• Hit monthly goals for submissions, placements, and gross margin targets
• Partner with Account Managers and clarify complex job orders as needed
• Source quality candidates through a mix of job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools
• Qualify candidates based on technical, functional, and behavioral fit
• Keep candidates engaged and updated throughout the process
• Maintain ATS documentation and track delivery metrics
• Develop strong relationships with placed, active, and pipeline candidates

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including cold outreach and Boolean search
• Experience working in an ATS (Bullhorn preferred)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and teams
• Motivated by results and passionate about recruitment
