Nos associés de vente sont essentiels au succès de Sunglass Hut. Vous offrirez une expérience authentique, amusante et énergique à tous les clients tout en les aidant à trouver des lunettes de qualité supérieure.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

• Atteint constamment le plan de vente et les objectifs de l’entreprise en cultivant des relations avec les clients, nouvelles et existantes, afin de favoriser la fidélité à la marque.
• Offre en toute confiance une expérience client exceptionnelle en établissant un lien, en portant attention aux détails et en offrant une expérience de magasinage personnalisée et unique, ce qui se traduit par la satisfaction de la clientèle.
• Participe activement et contribue à un environnement de magasin positif, favorisant des relations professionnelles solides avec les pairs et la direction.
• Est fier de l’apparence du magasin et fait preuve d’initiative pour garder les présentoirs et les stocks propres, attrayants et organisés. Sécurise tous les actifs de l’entreprise sous son contrôle.
• Aide à favoriser une culture inclusive en traitant les clients et les collègues avec respect.

QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE

• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou formation générale
• Adoption des nouvelles technologies et du changement avec un haut niveau de précision
• Sens de la responsabilité quant aux résultats de vente grâce à l’utilisation de compétences de vente et à une volonté d’atteindre les objectifs
• Solides aptitudes pour la communication (orale et écrite)
• Motivation personnelle et capacité avérée de mener plusieurs tâches à la fois; capacité de réagir de façon flexible dans un environnement en évolution rapide

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.  Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
