Join the ride! Position: Social Media Content Creator (Video & Photo)

Location: GTA – Primarily Hamilton and Mississauga regions
Classification: Contract – 6 months

Your area of focus. As a videographer/photographer, you will be responsible for capturing engaging video and photo content that showcases our vehicles, dealerships, and company culture. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to align on content strategies, deliverables, and production plans. This role is based in the GTA, primarily in the Hamilton and Mississauga areas and you’ll be working with 4-6 dealerships. While automotive enthusiasm is a plus, we’re primarily looking for someone with strong camera and editing skills—and who is eager to learn, grow, and bring stories to life through visuals!
What drives your day-to-day? - Capture high-quality video and photo content in various settings that effectively showcase our culture, team dynamics, and vehicles.
- Collaborate with the team to curate content that aligns with our brand vision and marketing strategy.
- Develop a catalog of "Why Buy Here" videos, highlighting the unique value propositions of each participating dealership.
- Edit content when needed to deliver polished, engaging visuals (editing experience is a plus).
- Produce content optimized for organic and paid social media campaigns, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within the GTA, primarily Hamilton and Mississauga areas. Mileage and other approved travel expenses will be covered.
- Work closely with the marketing team, sales teams, and dealership staff to bring creative ideas to life.
What Are The Must-haves…- Videography and photography experience and knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel within Ontario/GTA for on-location shoots.
What puts your pedal to the medal? (Assets but not required.) - Access to your own camera equipment is a plus.
- Understands current social media trends and how to apply them to content creation.
- Experience with video editing and post-production.
- Automotive experience or passion for the industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills; a “people person” who enjoys collaborating.
- Knowledge of lighting and audio equipment for video production.
- Familiarity with drone operation or aerial videography.
