Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field; Master's degree is highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in crisis management or related fields, including significant leadership experience.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective crisis response strategies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
Exceptional communication abilities, with experience managing media relations.
Proven track record of conducting training and workshops in crisis management.
In-depth knowledge of compliance standards and best practices in crisis readiness.
Willingness to travel as needed for crisis management training and implementation.
