DESCRIPTION

Amazon Marketplace Fashion is looking for a Selection Growth Manager to lead the selection strategy in the Fashion category and offer the widest range of products to delight Customers in Japan.

In this role, you will define the most relevant Fashion items to bring to Amazon and identify how to help them succeed. You will drive initiatives that lead to new selection creation in focus categories as well as identify the key levers to drive traffic to these products and help Customers with their purchase decision.

You will work closely with account management, product management, marketing, and operations teams to enable Selling Partners to offer their full selection at Amazon and make it discoverable to Customers.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, operate with autonomy, be able to communicate insights and influence other teams, and drive results in a fast-moving business.

Key job responsibilities
· Develop strategy to increase Selection from existing Selling Partners and to launch new brands in Amazon.
· Identify the drivers of performance behind the most successful products and build mechanisms to scale their success.
· Work with account management teams to uncover Selling Partners pain points and opportunities to drive selection.
· Lead market research and consumer trend analysis to deliver insights into selection opportunities.
· Provide Selling Partners with Selection recommendations based on JP fashion market and Amazon JP trends.
· Cooperate with international cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements to Japan.
· Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
· Create mechanisms to drive execution of selection initiatives and ensure delivery against plan.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using analytical and Business Intelligence tools
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience
- Fluent in English
- Reading comprehension in Japanese
