Job Description

What you´ll do

  • Executes local sales plans in line with SBU strategy to maintain, develop existing customers and acquire new customers
  • Executes customer roadmap, manages and closes respective CRM tool growth opportunities
  • Executes pricing actions
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
  • Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
  • Coordinates with Application Engineering to conduct line trials and (re)solve customer requests and complaints
  • Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory at defined account

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
  • Minimum of seven (7) years' work experience in Sales of chemical and/or related industry is preferred
  • High communication skills in Japanese and conversation level of English  
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
