業務内容
•Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and effective hiring.•Act as the main point of contact for recruitment-related matters, providing high-quality support to hiring managers and employees.•Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, leveraging multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, employee referrals, internal databases, social media, RPO providers, and external recruitment agencies.•Review resumes and provide hiring managers with qualified candidate recommendations that align with job specifications.•Draft and publish job postings across appropriate platforms to attract targeted talent.•Utilize recruitment and assessment tools to identify candidates who meet both technical and cultural fit criteria within the defined hiring timelines.•Assess candidates based on experience, technical capabilities, interpersonal skills, and potential.•Stay up to date with and apply industry best practices in recruitment processes.•Generate and maintain recruitment-related reports, including key metrics and analytics.•Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.•Contribute to the employer brand and support initiatives that reinforce the company’s positioning as a desirable workplace.


求められる経験
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
•Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level English
•Proven experience in recruitment, either in an in-house HR setting or within a recruitment agency
•Familiarity with a variety of interview techniques, including competency-based and stress interviews
•Hands-on experience managing different stages of the selection process, such as online and phone interviews, and conducting reference checks
•Knowledge of and experience with skill assessments, including psychological and IQ/EQ testing
•Proficiency in using HR tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and HR databases
•Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
•Solid decision-making skills and ability to work independently
•Advanced Excel skills are considered a strong advantage
