Job Overview:

As a Lifestyle Coach specializing in independence, you will work closely with clients to help them develop the skills, mindset, and strategies necessary to lead more self-reliant, empowered lives. Your role will involve a blend of one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and ongoing support to help clients make lasting changes. You will empower clients to achieve their personal, financial, emotional, and mental independence through tailored strategies and actionable steps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coaching: Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, either remotely or in-person, to help clients set and achieve goals related to personal independence.
• Emotional Independence: Help clients develop emotional resilience, healthy coping mechanisms, and self-reliance in relationships.
• Mental Independence: Support clients in cultivating self-awareness, decision-making skills, and a mindset that fosters autonomy.
• Goal Setting & Planning: Develop customized action plans that break down long-term independence goals into achievable steps, and track progress regularly.
• Accountability Partnering: Act as a support system for clients, ensuring they stay motivated and committed to their independence goals.
• Workshops & Group Sessions: Lead workshops or group coaching sessions on topics like financial literacy, emotional resilience, and time management to help clients build the skills necessary for independence.
• Resource Creation & Recommendation: Curate or create relevant resources (books, tools, exercises, etc.) to help clients further their personal growth and autonomy.
• Follow-up and Support: Provide ongoing support through regular check-ins, progress reviews, and adapting strategies as needed.
• Client Education: Help clients identify limiting beliefs, habits, and patterns that prevent them from becoming more independent and offer practical strategies to overcome these obstacles
