Job Description

Our client in Duncan is looking for a temporary receptionist to provide coverage at the front desk.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact, greeting and welcoming clients into the building. If you enjoy building relationships and have strong interpersonal skills, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Advantages

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting clients as they arrive
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Responding to emails professionally
- Coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of receptionist experience
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A polished and confident presence
- A positive attitude and a welcoming smile
