Job Description

You will be responsible for the quality assurance of submarine cable systems and related equipment. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to international projects involving long-distance undersea communication infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improvement of quality control processes for products and services

• Establishment of quality standards and execution of internal audits

• Defect analysis, root cause investigation, and implementation of corrective actions

• Collaboration with development, manufacturing, and customer support departments to improve quality

• Handling customer complaints and formulating measures to prevent recurrence

• Collection, analysis, and reporting of quality data

• Implementation and guidance of quality standards for internal and external stakeholders

Annual Salary

JPY 9,000,000 - 9,900,000

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control (industry not specified)

• Business-level English communication skills (both written and spoken)

Preferred:

• Knowledge of ISO9001, FMEA, and general quality tools (e.g., QC methods)

• Experience in QA within manufacturing sectors such as machinery, electronics, medical devices, IT, or EPC projects

• Experience with certification processes (e.g., ISO) or software quality assurance
