Job Title: Full-Time Therapist (2 Positions: GY, Mid/AM Shift)

Location: 1-18-1, Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Japan

As we expand our operations in Japan, we are seeking dedicated and licensed therapists to join our team in Tokyo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality therapy sessions (individual/couple/group) to clients, both in-person and online, depending on needs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.
  • Participate in regular supervision, training, and team meetings.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-Master’s clinical experience.
  • Relevant professional license to practice therapy in Japan.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and ethically in a clinical environment.
