The Role

• Lead communication and negotiation with stakeholders (banks, clients, internal business teams).
• Define project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure objectives are met on time and within scope.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between business teams and engineering, ensuring smooth development progress.
• Create and manage project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), tracking progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues.
• Drive quality assurance by reviewing plans and deliverables, managing tests, and checking outputs.
• Develop and submit weekly/monthly reports, documentation, and approval materials as required.
• Plan and execute production rollouts and operational transitions, addressing escalations when needed.
• Support ongoing operations and recommend process improvements during the maintenance phase.

Your Skills

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale projects, preferably in financial systems development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT/web project or product management.
• Familiarity with financial institution systems (core systems, analytical tools, etc.).
• Ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively in English via email.
