Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an Org Change
- Support higher education
•Business and organizational requirements reviewed and documented.
•Current state of processes and service delivery across all service units mapped.
•Formal recommendations and solutions for optimizing and innovating current processes delivered.
•Recommendations to support the provision of new, integrated, and automated online systems to meet researcher and funder demand delivered.

Qualifications
•PMI PMP or Prince2 certification.
•Experience working in a Higher Education environment.
•Experience implementing enterprise projects in a large environment.
•Experience implementing Infrastructure and Integration projects.

•A solid foundation of Information Technology skills and experience.
•Experience with facilitating planning sessions/workshops with large diverse groups.
•Experience with complex projects with multiple concurrent streams of work.
•Experience with Organizational Change Management.
•Experience performing the role of Business Analyst on a project, as needed.
