Product Manager, Modernization – REMOTE

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our AI-powered code modernization products and services.
Product and Services:
Fresche Modernization Products and Services involve the use of a combination of Fresche products including:
- Legacy code transformation into contemporary languages.
- Application refactoring and rewriting services.
- Database modernization tools and services.
- User interface modernization.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the AI- powered modernization services, aligning with company goals and market needs. This includes articulating a product vision, setting long-term goals, and managing a strategic roadmap.
- Market Research: Oversee and participate in thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform product roadmap and positioning.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure the roadmap is communicated effectively to all stakeholders and updated regularly based on feedback and changing priorities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with strategic advisory, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product positioning, development, and launch. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure all teams are aligned with the product vision and goals.
- Partner and Customer Engagement: Engage with partners and customers to evangelize, gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure Fresche's modernization solutions meet their needs. This includes conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Validate roadmap with these key constituents.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product.
- Budget Management: Contribute to product budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenses and ensure the product is delivered within budget constraints.
- AI Integration: Contribute to the integration of AI technologies into the code modernization service. Collaborate with technology teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of all modernization products and services.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, creating marketing materials, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams. Ensure effective product launches that meet customer expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the product's performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Drive changes and enhancements to ensure the product remains competitive and meets customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry, development, or IT services industry. Experience with code modernization or legacy system transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development, legacy systems, and code modernization techniques. Familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, and tools commonly used in code modernization projects. Experience with AI technologies and their application in software development is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Experience creating and delivering presentations to stakeholders, customers, and partners at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
