【職務概要】

• アライアンス方針に基づき、日本の骨健康ミッション（BHM-J）の患者価値プラン（PVP）の策定および実行を支援。骨折後ケアに関する戦略に沿い、現場での実行に必要な資材をトップダウン・ボトムアップ両面から作成。

• 市場環境（競合状況、主要顧客動向など）の変化を常時把握し、骨折リエゾンサービスに関する最新情報やベストプラクティスをチームに提供。

• 部門横断的なPVPの整合性を継続的に確保。

• 戦略に基づき、PFCリエゾン（PL）の現場活動を支援し、骨折後ケア（PFC）の推進を図る。

• 現場支援を通じてPFC推進に向けたインサイトを抽出。

• 地域リエゾンネットワーク構築に向け、外部ステークホルダーとの連携をPFCマーケティングリードと共に推進。

【 主な役割・責任】

• 脆弱性骨折患者の治療率向上を目的に、BHM-Jの患者価値プラン（PVP）の企画・実行を支援
  　- 患者ニーズやFLSの進展状況を把握し、現場情報からインサイトを抽出
  　- KOLのフィードバックを活かし、PL向けの具体的な支援策を共創

• PVP推進に向けた社内外の連携体制を構築
  　- チーム内外のリソース・役割の整合を図り、パートナー企業との協働を促進
  　- 明確な患者価値に基づく施策の企画・導入

• 地域レベルでのPVP展開を支援
  　- PLとの連携を通じた地域間の整合性確保
  　- フレームワーク活用による計画策定支援
  　- 地域ごとの課題や好事例の共有、KOLとの関係構築を通じたPL支援

【必要な経験・学歴・語学力】

学歴 ：学士号取得以上

経験 ：

• 戦略的マーケティング、プロジェクトマネジメント

• 複雑な課題の解決経験

• 戦略的マーケティングの実務経験

• キーオピニオンリーダー（KOL）とのエグゼクティブレベルでのコミュニケーション経験

• 製薬業界での実務経験7年以上

語学力 :日本語：ネイティブレベル　英語：読み書できるレベル＋Low Business Level

Job Summary
 Support the development and execution of Patients Value Plan(PVP) for Bone Health Mission in Japan (BHM-J) consistent with Alliance policy
 Create the material for the execution of BHM-J PVP from both top-down and bottom-up approach in the field based on the strategic initiatives for Post Fracture Care.
 Keep abreast of the market environment such as competitive landscape and key customers’ activities and provide up to date knowledge and best practices on the changing environment on Fracture Liaison Service to the team
 Secure cross functional alignment on PVP constantly
 Accelerate Post Fracture Care(PFC) activities for PFC Liaison(PL)’s field activities aligned with the strategy
 Find the insight to drive PFC and provides hands on support for PL’s field activities
 Support PFC Marketing Lead to make the collaboration with the external stakeholders to establish the regional liaison network systems

Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Support developing and refining the innovative Japan BHM-J Patients Value Plan(PVP) to increase the treatment rate for the fragility fracture patients through
1. Gaining deep insights on patients’ unmet needs 
2. Keeping monitoring of the evolution FLS related activities
3. Systemically collecting and translating information from the field to meaningful insight 
4. Gaining feedback and advice from KOLs on our field related action plans 
5. Co-creating creative and tailored solutions for the PLs 
• Co-ordinate the alignment behind the BHM-J PVP Japan by 
1. Directing the discussion on the proper resources and alignment across team 
2. Collaborating with the partner companies’ marketing team 
3. Implementing the initiative with clear patients’ value based on the alignment
• Support to execute Patient Value Plan of Japan with
1. Keeping consistency across regions by closely interacting with PLs
2. Effectively utilizing the framework/template for regional plan for PLs 
3. Communicating proactive and constructive discussion on key challenges and opportunities in each region 
4. Sharing more efficient best cases with PLs 
5. Building and maintaining relationship with key opinion leaders/HCPs to practically support activities of PLs

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Experience : Ideally, strategic project management, complex problem-solving experiences, strategic marketing experiences, executive communication with KOL experiences, minimum 7 years’ experience in Pharma
