As an Office Security Guard, there is a high focus on Scheduled Patrols, customer Client relationship and exceptional customer service, since you will be working with people all shift, in an Office environment .

Responsibilities for Office Security Guard
Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
Conduct regular patrols of designated areas.
Assist tenants by providing requested services.
Manage access to restricted areas as required.
Perform checks of mechanical and utility rooms during the shift.
Monitor stairwells and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
Conduct exterior checks of building entrances and parking areas.
Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hours.
Access control at all entry and exit ways
Report every incident and tenant complaint to the client
Conduct general patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hour
Respond to emergencies on a required basis
Complete daily security checklists and reports.
Record readings from utility meters as needed.
Qualifications For Office Security Guard
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid security license
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Be able to take up temporary position ( Coverage)
Ability to work in a stressful environment
Comfortable with interacting with unauthorized individuals
Good with technology-based systems
There is no parking facility at the site
