They are seeking a senior lawyer with a strong background in commercial law, ideally with a partial practice to demonstrate their entrepreneurial spirit. However, there is no shortage of work available. This role offers the unique opportunity to inherit part of an established practice while transitioning into a cutting-edge industry within the transportation/resource sector.
You’ll work on high-profile cases, negotiate novel contracts (often involving finance), and expand your expertise into new legal areas. You’ll collaborate closely with senior partners while providing strategic advice to a diverse client base.
