責任者としての運営管理業務をお任せいたします。
・スパオペレーション業務が、ハイアットブランドスタンダードに副い、効果的に行えるようにする。
・ スパならびにホテルの商品知識、現状のプロモーション、ポリシーの変更など常に最新の情報を把握する。
・ 全体的な施設運営を短期、長期戦略を計画し、効果的に行う 。
・ オペレーションにおいて常にセールスの機会がないかを意識し、ホテルの総売上に貢献するという意識を持つ。
・ 年間のマーケティングカレンダーと販売戦略の作成と実行を行う。
・ Ensure the Spa operates successfully and efficiently according to Hyatt Brand Standards.
・ Maintain knowledge and awareness of Spa and products, current promotion, local policy.
・ Direct operations of facility including short and long range strategic planning so that the facility operates cost effectively and efficiently.
・ Operates with a sales attitude, and all personnel are aware of sales and opportunities to maximize revenue.
・ Create and implement yearly marketing calendar and sales strategies.
