Job Description
The Key Account Manager will serve as the primary business contact for one of our biggest client, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent growth. The role involves managing and cultivating long-term relationships with key accounts in the food sector.
Description
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
* Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
* Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
* Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of necessary company personnel.
* Achieve assigned sales quota in designated key accounts.
* Complete key account plans that meet company standards.
* Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
* Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
Profile
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
* Proven ability to manage key accounts in the food sector.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Japanese and English. (Reporting to APAC)
* Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
