Medical Aesthetics Medical Devices Sales Representative Location Calgary, AB :

As a Medical Aesthetics Devices Sales Representative at 3D Medical Technologies, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge medical aesthetic devices, medical aesthetics training courses, medical aesthetics software services and European mesotherapy range through direct in-store visits and proactive lead follow-up. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educate them on our products, and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Conduct regular in-store visits to promote and sell our range of medical aesthetic devices to new and existing clients, including spas, clinics, and dermatologists.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients to ensure proper usage and understanding of device benefits.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure client success.
  • Lead Follow-Up:
  • Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts, trade shows, and other sources.
  • Track and manage leads using CRM software, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and strategies for improving sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical aesthetics or medical devices industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical aesthetics devices and treatments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for in-store visits and client meetings.
