With a collaborative environment and commitment to excellence, this organization empowers its employees to make impactful contributions.■Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns and driving data-driven insights. ■Key responsibilities include・Executing marketing campaigns in acquisition/promotion, ensuring all parties are aligned and deadlines are met・Maintain accurate records of performance metrics, and campaign details ensuring date integrity and accessibility. Monitoring the performance of marketing campaign, collecting and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement・Act as a liaison of both internal and external partners, ensuring clear and communication and addressing any queries or concerns・Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaign co-working with digital team and sales team including preparing promotional material and coordinating with internal stakeholders・Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, supporting the managers#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験
■Skills & Experience Required:
・2+ years of relevant experience
・Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong project coordination and stakeholder management
・Ability to use data to drive decisions and recommendations
・Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style appropriately depending on the audience
・Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and a demanding work environment – demonstrates flexibility and openness to changing circumstance
・Strong skills within MS Excel and PowerPoint
・Business level fluency in Japanese is mandatory (both verbal and written); English proficiency is highly desirable.
