Job Description

Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc., a leading distributor of premium spirits in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Legal Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for a law student or recent graduate who is interested in developing their skills in legal research, contract drafting, and compliance within the alcohol industry. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance on a range of business issues, including marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal memoranda, briefing materials, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the legal team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited law school.
  • Demonstrated interest in the alcohol industry, corporate law, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research platforms (e.g., Practical Law).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with alcohol industry regulations.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive hourly rate
