Business Performance Analyst
Artemis Recrutement is looking for Business Performance Analyst, with an expertise in Amazon’s platforms, for an innovative and fast-growing company, they operate in the digital commerce and distribution sector. We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst to support strategic decision-making and process optimization.
Salary: 100K
Benefits: Permanent position, hybrid after the training period (2 days in office), on-site parking, group insurance, flexible hours.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyzing business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Developing and managing dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Providing data-driven recommendations to optimize business strategies.
Collaborating with various teams to improve processes and maximize operational efficiency.
Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
Producing regular reports for management and proposing tailored solutions to challenges.
DESIRED PROFILE:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in data analysis and business intelligence – 5 to 10 years.
Excellent proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Good understanding of business strategies and operational processes.
