Join our dynamic inside sales team as an Inside Sales Representative! We're seeking motivated individuals with a knack for clear communication and a passion for sales. As a key player in our team, you'll handle incoming calls and leads, engaging with customers to understand their needs and facilitate a seamless sales process. With provided leads, your focus will be on qualification, effective CRM management, collaboration with the sales team, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads via phone.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, and readiness to buy.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, ensuring effective lead management.
• Collaborate with the sales team for timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.
• Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service for high satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend sales training and meetings as required.
• Continuously enhance sales skills through self-learning.

Skills Required:

• Proven inside sales or call center experience.
• Track record of quota over-achievement.
• Strong phone presence and timely response to calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Salary: From $17.00 per hour + Commissions.
• Benefits: Company benefits, dental care, flexible schedule, vision care.
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
• Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay.

Experience Required:

• Outbound/Inbound Sales: 1 year (required).
• Call Center Experience is an asset.

Work Location:

• In-person (Mississauga, ON L5S 0A7).
