About the role

The purpose of this part-time role is pivotal in fueling the GTO Wizard’s growth and fostering an excellent work environment by strategically acquiring, integrating, and engaging top talent. GTO Wizard is growing its team size and requires guidance to ensure process effectiveness and talent development. You will shape all of this together with the super-powered C-level team.

In this role, you will:

Bring talents into the organization:

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and workforce needs

  • Ensure consistency and efficiency in hiring practices across all teams, fostering a streamlined process

  • Coordinate all stages of the hiring process and ensure the best candidate experience

  • Develop a pipeline of candidates for specific roles if required

  • Coordinate offers, presentations, and contract conclusions for new hires

  • Lead the creation of a comprehensive onboarding program that sets new hires up for success

Leverage HR expertise:

  • Bring into the team HR best practices in the area of candidate compensation (salary benchmarks, compensation packages, benefits, etc.)

  • Understand labor law and its impact on key company processes

Own and drive People / HR related processes:

  • Own and improve, based on feedback from colleagues, the onboarding program for new hires

  • Assist the hiring manager with setting objectives for the new hires for the probation period and their successful evaluation.

  • Champion team’s motivation! This means figuring out what drives the teams and keeps the pulse on potential hiccups. Turn those insights into real people-oriented actions.

  • Partner with managers: consult and help to resolve people-related issues; act as a primary PoC

  • Own and assist managers in the onboarding process.

  • Execute the offboarding interviews to collect valuable feedback; based on it, suggest improvement actions.

Own “employer” branding agenda:

  • Lead and shape the communication of the company value proposition to attract and retain talent

  • In cooperation with other departments, develop, execute, and maintain employer branding initiatives across various channels to enhance the company's reputation.

  • Promote the company culture both internally and externally to cultivate employee advocacy.

What you bring to GTO Wizard:

  • Have at least 4 years of experience in the HR area in a similar role

  • Have worked in the global tech start-ups

  • Have an understanding of labor law

  • Excellent and positive communicator with outstanding emotional intelligence.

  • Are well-organized and can multitask

  • Seek a challenge and want to be part of a fast-growing team

  • Based in Czech Republic

  • Fluent in English
