■Responsibilities・Visitor event organizer ・Recruitment event organizer・General office and front desk management・Onboarding package management for new employees・Offboarding management for leaving employees・Organizing sales promotion material and activities together with company partners ・Support the preparation of customer or supplier documentation in Japanese together with company partners ・In all your work, consider potential risks and act in accordance with company policies■Goals/Targets・Support company colleagues in good office disciplines and procedures ・Develop and maintain sales and supplier related documentation in Japanese・Maintain and support collaboration with company partner in Japan

求められる経験
■Competence requirements
・M.Sc or B.Sc in Office Administration or Marketing and Communication
・Fluency in both Japanese and English languages, written and spoken
・Minimum 2 years of experience in similar tasks
・Quick learner and willingness to learn Maritime business culture
・Business minded and result-driven
・Able to perform under pressure and under time constraint

・Excellence in team working and communication in multicultural environments
・Ability to take responsibility and decisions independently.
