Internship Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern with a strong interest in recruitment to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with employer branding. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruitment managers/hiring managers and operations to create compelling job postings.
• Use diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual interviews, ensuring a seamless process.
• Assist with reference checks, background checks, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS.
• Support recruitment initiatives, including event planning and partnership development.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Genuine interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
