The opportunity: Our Delivery team is looking for a Graphic Designer who’s ready to bring bold ideas to life and make marketing magic happen. From eye-catching ads to creative webpages, you’ll help turn rough concepts into tangible, actionable, and visually appealing designs.
As someone with a keen eye for visuals, you’ll concept and ideate based on the needs and goal of the campaign, initiative, or business as well as action against your ideas. You’ll work closely with a variety of teams from content, developers, other designers and channel owners to bring ideas to life.
What you'll do: - Lead and execute all stages of visual design, from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Design and develop a variety of marketing assets, including webpages, email templates, social media graphics, presentations, print collateral.
- Create engaging multimedia content such as motion graphics and short-form videos to support product features, announcements, and campaigns.
- Maintain and contribute to the evolution of our visual design systems and libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and reusability.
- Leverage data insights and performance analytics to inform and optimize design decisions.
- Collaborate on wireframes, user journey mapping, and interactive design elements.
- Present and articulate design concepts and deliverables to peers, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Make strategic design decisions that prioritize business outcomes and user experience.
What we're looking for: - 5–7 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
- Proven experience in motion design and multimedia content creation.
- Background in the tech industry, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- Exceptional design portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing a variety of marketing materials, including: Motion ads, Webpages, Ebooks, Flyers, Event activations
- Proficiency in design tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Animate CC or After Effects), Figma, Other relevant design and animation software
- Strong visual design skills with a user-centred mindset.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
