A leading European manufacturing company is seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A Manager to join their finance team. With a strong reputation for operational excellence and innovation, they operate across multiple markets and are expanding their financial planning and analysis capabilities to support continued growth.

About the Role
The FP&A Manager will play a key role in driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, this role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial modeling across their European operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Deliver in-depth financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and performance improvement
Develop and maintain financial models for business cases, investments, and scenario planning
Prepare management reporting packages including variance analysis and KPIs
Collaborate with business and operations teams to monitor financial performance and drive accountability
Support M&A analysis and capital expenditure planning
Continuously enhance financial tools, processes, and reporting standards

Candidate Profile
5-8 years of FP&A experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
