12 hour shifts, with shifts available some as early as 3am

Trucking People is helping our client find Delivery Driver /Testers to be at the forefront of turning the company's vision into reality. 

In this role, you'll always ensure safety, maintain vehicle readiness, complete software and hardware tests, and represent our client's brand as an ambassador to the public. You'll also assist and interact with multiple teams across the company, from computer vision, infrastructure, and sound design to strategy, vehicle engineering, and ride operations. 

We're looking for operators who are disciplined, team players, and believe in doing whatever it takes to accomplish the mission. Working in this role will give you the opportunity to learn vehicle and personnel operations. You'll have a front-row seat to the operational complexities of realizing robotic mobility and the chance to contribute to the future.

Truck Driver Requirements

• 3+ years possessing a valid Canadian AZ - DZ (commercial) driver’s license in Ontario
• 3+ years recent delivery driving experience in box trucks at least 26’ in length
  • Most recent experience must have been in the GTA within the last year, with remainder of experience within Ontario in the last five years
  • Experience must include middle mile deliveries (e.g. warehouse to fulfillment center) in the GTA
• 25+ years old with a clean background check, drug screen and Motor Vehicle Record check
• Willing and able to work flexible hours on both weekdays and weekends
• Customer relationship management experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and proactive, possessing solid mechanical aptitude/basic mechanical skills
• Basic computer skills including the ability to learn and successfully use applications
