Executive Assistant to the Executive Director
Position Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, this role provides high-level, one-on-one executive support. Core responsibilities include managing executive-level projects, developing presentations, coordinating schedules and travel, and performing a variety of other administrative and strategic support tasks as needed. This individual serves as a key point of contact and liaison between the Executive Director and both internal staff and external stakeholders. Our current superstar Executive Assistant, a key member of our team, will be stepping away in the coming months. We're hiring now to allow for a smooth transition and the unique opportunity to onboard alongside her.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in organization and attention to detail, anticipates needs, and approaches problem-solving with a solution-oriented mindset. Strong decision-making, multitasking, and a proactive attitude are essential in this role.
