Job Description

The Language Learning Centre in Maldives is looking for ESL Teachers to join the team. LLC Maldives is the eldest and the first language school in the country and a pioneer of language education and international examinations in the region. We are affiliated with British Council, Cambridge University, Alliance Francaise, Chinese Test Center and offer courses and examinations for all ages and competence levels. Looking for ESL/English/TESOL teachers who:

• have minimum 2 years experience teaching ESL
• have experience living and working abroad (preferably Asia)
• have degree in ESOL, English, Linguistics, Education or related area to teaching and/or languages
• have experience teaching in class as well as online
• have friendly, easy-going and adaptable nature
• are patient & caring to students
• are native speakers or posses an almost native-speaker competence of English

What we offer:

• salary of 18,500 - 23,500 MVR per month

• work visa and permits arranged by the school

The position:

• Start: July 2025 (asap) / End: 30th January 2026 (renawable contract)
• teaching ESL to various age groups and levels (kindergarten, young learners & teenagers)
• 5 day working week (Sunday- Thursday)
