Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and execute digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms (Google Ads, Yahoo! Japan Ads, Bing Ads, major social platforms, and leading DSPs).
  • Proactively optimize campaigns to achieve client KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy development.

Goals:

3 Months:Demonstrate proficiency in managing campaigns across all platforms and achieving performance targets.

6 Months:Lead campaign optimization strategies and contribute to innovative solutions for clients.

12 Months:Mentor junior team members and contribute to new business pitches.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Media & Advertising, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Computer Science preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital media or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms (Google Ads, Yahoo! Japan Ads, Bing Ads, major social platforms, and leading DSPs).
  • Excellent analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and results-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask.
  • Fluency in business English and Japanese. Bilingual ability is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills are a plus.
