We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer support within a supportive and energetic environment. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.
Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day sales operations and support the sales team
Engage with potential customers to present product information clearly and professionally
Help manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in team meetings and product training sessions
Report customer feedback and assist in the improvement of sales strategies
Achieve assigned sales goals under the supervision of the Sales Manager
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
No prior sales experience required—training will be provided
