Job Description
【Responsibilities include】
・Develop marketing strategies that align with the organizations business goals
・Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
・Comprehensive digital promotion management (in Japanese and English) from strategy planning to execution, monitoring, and analysis, and optimization for the Japan market and global market
・Plan, develop and implement the paid media strategy, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Outbrain, other native advertisements, etc. Determine the appropriate media channels and the most suitable digital media mix
・Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
・Monitor key indicators, analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
・Support team leaders in the development of overall marketing strategy as a digital promotion professional. Also, propose testing of new ad formats, targeting, etc., and oversee internal and external communications necessary for testing implementation
・Create, maintain, and monitor reports and dashboards to analyze and evaluate the performance of past and ongoing paid promotions by using Looker Studio, GA4, and Excel or Google Sheets, etc.
・Regularly communicate with vendors as well as internal and other external stakeholders, for campaign performance monitoring/optimization and reporting
・Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors and external marketing agencies for successful brand awareness and conversion campaigns

・Native Japanese speaker (N1 or equivalent) with strong writing skills in both Japanese and English
・2+ years of professional experience as a digital media planner or digital marketing specialist with deep knowledge of paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media advertising.
・Hands-on experience with campaign management, ad platforms and other ad serving technology, including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Outbrain Ads, Google Analytics, Twitter, Yahoo, etc.
・Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and data analysis through reports and dashboards (i.e. Looker Studio, Salesforce Reports, Windsor, etc.)
