The digital marketing manager will create and execute lead-generation campaigns that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads cost-effectively, including email marketing, search, social media, and direct marketing channels. They will be responsible for measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Job responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute all web, search, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Create automated programs to nurture existing web traffic and web inquiries to become sales-ready leads

Create and implement comprehensive link-building strategies that align with SEO objectives and digital marketing goals

Lead company’s LeadGen conference planning, coordinate with partners to execute key tradeshows and related metrics, liaison with recruiting to publish annual tradeshow calendar

Assist with managing the company store

Rigorously measure the lead and customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximize ROI

Maximize website conversion rate through A/B testing of changes to website structure, design, and content

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve

Education, Qualifications, & Skills:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

4+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles

Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies

Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including SEO (WordPress), PPC (Google Ads and Bing), social media, email marketing (preferred Marketo), and display advertising

Preferred familiarity with marketing tools like GA4, Salesforce, and Marketo
