What you will be doing:

• Main responsibilities Develop and design secure Snowflake environments tailored to business needs using Role Based Access Control (RBAC).  

• Design audit logs and monitoring solutions to track data access and actions within Snowflake.  

• Lead incident detection and response processes related to security breaches or vulnerabilities within Snowflake.

• Stay updated with Snowflake security features and updates.

• Collaborate with data architects, IT teams, and external partners to ensure security policies are integrated across the data pipeline.

• Report security status, risks, and strategies to stakeholders and leadership. Create design and development documentation based on standards for knowledge transfer, training, and maintenance.

• Be flexible and open to take up new tasks and work in the related area.

About you   

• Experience : Minimum 5 years of professional experience in designing Applicative Security using RBAC.   S trong understanding of database security, encryption algorithms, and authentication protocols.

•   Technical skills: Experience and strong knowledge of Snowflake Applicative security controls and configurations, experience in designing Applicative security frameworks and governance models, experience in Snowflake. SQL and Hadoop type database knowledge (>3 years), Python experience preferred, ability to see and understand multiple relations between data and metadata objects,

• Soft skills: Good presentation and communication skills with a strong attention to detail and listening capacity. In a team spirit mode, with different diverse actors, you have ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You demonstrate capacity to learn new technologies in short amount of time to adapt to changes and answer challenges.  

•   Education : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.  

• Languages : Fluency in English is a must to operate in a multicultural environment
