Job Responsibilities: Commission/Referral Calculation and Payment: Accurately calculate, apply for, and process commission and referral fee payments.Onboarding New Agents: Assist in onboarding new agents, including applying for mortgage licenses with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).Training Workshops: Coordinate and organize training workshops for agents and staff.Documentation Maintenance: Ensure all files and documentation are up-to-date and maintained on Google Drive.Cheque Deposit/PAD Payment: Manage and process cheque deposits and PAD payments using BMO online banking.NSF Monitoring: Regularly monitor Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) occurrences and address them.Monthly Reports: Prepare monthly reconciliation and mortgage administration transfer reports.Mortgage Funding/Renewal/Payout: Manage the processes of mortgage funding, renewals, and payouts.NSF Notices and Demand Letters: Issue NSF notices and demand letters as required.Mortgage Documentation: Maintain and organize mortgage documentation on Google Drive.Reporting: Generate and distribute reports related to mortgage activities and statuses.Correspondence: Handle communication with legal professionals and borrowers.Power of Sale Administration: Oversee the administration of Power of Sale processes.
Required Skills: Basic mortgage knowledge.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, DocuSign, and Google Drive.Basic accounting knowledge.Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, IFS, SUMIFS, FILTER, etc.) An Excel knowledge test will be provided during the interview.
Education: Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, data science, or management .Familiarity with Excel functions.
Familiarity with Mortgage Calculator.
