Position: Customer Support Specialist
Description:
As a Customer Support Specialist at PopBookings, you will handle customer support tasks, address customer inquiries and issues, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The role involves both in-person and remote work, primarily based in Kansas City, MO.
Initial training will require more in-person presence, transitioning to more remote work over time if preferred.
Two part-time positions with different schedules are available, making it suitable as a secondary job.
Options include weekday shifts (Monday-Friday, at least 2 hours per day) or weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 5-6 hours per day), with flexibility for 10-25 hours per week.
Requirements: Customer Support and Technical Support skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Analytical problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Experience in a similar customer support role is a plus.
Knowledge of the event staffing industry is beneficial.
Familiarity with Hubspot CRM or similar customer help desk software, Gmail, Google Drive, and Slack.
