Company Profile

• A foreign-based AI-tech Pharma company is now in the process of entering Japan and APAC. For the last 5 years, the firm has developed a sophisticated AI and Machine Learning platform enhancing cost and time-intensive processes in the life sciences sector.

The Role

• One of the first members on the ground in Japan (and Asia), manage and grow a book of business of top life sciences companies in the region
• Act as a trusted advisor to drive value and successful business outcomes in the cross-section of AI and Life Sciences
• Work alongside the Japan Head to develop a go-to-market strategy for Japan
• Define customer success plans and continually be on the lookout for opportunities to grow the account
• Influence key user metrics, including activation, product adoption and customer satisfaction

Your Skills

• Prior experience working in the life sciences industry (either in industry or with life sciences customers) - this is a must-have requirement
• Proven track record of experience working in high-touch enterprise segments with B2B enterprise software products as a Customer Success/Account Manager (or equivalent); Management Consultants with Life Sciences experience may also be considered
• Strong consultative, problem-solving mindset to collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hunger to build and shape the Customer Success playbook in the region
• Japanese (Native) / English (Fluent level)

• 15,000,000 yen - 17,000,000 yen
