Customer Service/Order Entry Coordinator Location Vaughan, ON L4K 3N7 :

Immediate, Full-Time, Permanent, On Site - Customer Service/Order Entry/Cash Application Representative - $50,000. Distributor of Consumer Products.

Link Product Solutions is one of Canada's leading Distributor of Consumer Products to major retailers worldwide. Based at our head office located in Vaughan, Ontario, we are currently recruiting a full time, permanent Customer Service/Order Entry Representative to join our growing team.

Overview The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service/Order Entry Representative who will play a crucial role in managing incoming Customer Calls, Order Entry and Posting of Cash Receipts, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting processes.

Job Responsibilities

· Answering Customer Service calls and Order entry

· Calling cash in advance customers for payments prior to preparing their orders

· Inputting new accounts

· Updating customers via emails on any order changes, delay on orders/deliveries

· Co-ordinating with the warehouse on pick-up orders; carriers for shipment/delivery updates

Posting of daily cash including post-dated cheques

· Taking customer phone payments and resolving discrepancies

· Balancing of daily cash journal & closing the credit card batch

Qualification

· Minimum of 2 years of customer service/order entry with experience in cash application. Some accounting knowledge in a consumer distribution environment

College Diploma

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including superior Excel skills

· Ability to work in a timely and organized manner with attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

· Ability to recognize and research billing and cash application issues

· Strong ability to communicate both orally and in written

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

Strong analytical skills to assess account information effectively.

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
