Their mission is to empower businesses to build and scale teams without borders. They offer a cutting-edge platform that simplifies hiring, onboarding, payroll, and compliance in over 150 countries.
They are looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation of clients on the global payroll system.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and international regulations, and be able to guide most essential clients through the critical payroll onboarding process.
The Implementation Project Manager will work autonomously, setting priorities and managing projects. They will provide regular status reports to senior leadership and take ownership of escalating issues as needed. Weekly client calls will be scheduled to report on project status, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
