Basic Function
Under the direction of the Customer Service Director, this role ensures that all daily revenue-related operations are carried out smoothly by coordinating with outsourcing partners, adjusting work priorities, and optimizing staffing. The goal is to complete all revenue-related processes within the month.
This position will lead the improvement, standardization, and simplification of the Order to Cash process, working to enhance service levels for both customers and internal business divisions.
From a Total Supply Chain perspective, this role will collaborate with the S&DP team and the Distribution & Logistics team to improve services provided to external and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the invoicing operations within the broader Order to Cash process (from order receipt and shipment to revenue recognition) in the supply chain.

• Improve service quality in Customer Service operations, including short/long-term rentals and revenue processing, for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate with outsourced partners as needed to adjust task priorities to meet customer delivery timelines.

• Drive improvements and standardization of various operational processes and procedures to build more efficient workflows.

• Create and compile various reports (e.g., data aggregation and processing using Excel or Power BI).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and outsourcing vendors to reinforce a collaborative working environment.

• Share responsibilities with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day team operations.

• Take a leadership role in contributing to the success of the medical device business overall.

Qualifications / Preferred Work Experience

• Experience supervising site operations, including work planning, interdepartmental coordination, and giving clear instructions to on-site staff

• Proven experience in improving operational efficiency and work quality at field sites

• Hands-on user experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle

• Background in Customer Service , Sales Administration , or Supply Chain Management (SCM)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and across departments

Skills / Special Training Required

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel (formulas), Word, PowerPoint

• English reading, writing, and communication skills (Optional but preferred)

• Knowledge of Activity-Based Costing (Optional)

• Experience with Power BI (Optional)
