THE POSITION:
Battleford Agency Tribal Chiefs is seeking a community minded, punctual and reliable individual to join the team. Under the direction of the BATC CDC General Manager, the CDC Administrative Assistant will assist and support the CDC by developing and applying appropriate technical and administrative techniques and skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting the BATC CDC General Manager

Assisting applicants with completing grant applications and follow up reports

Preparing correspondence to applicants on the Boards decision regarding their applicationin preparation for General Managers signature

Preparing correspondence to approved recipients in accordance with the BATC CDC LegacyModel requirements and the decisions of the Board/General Manager

Maintaining a catalogue of images from sponsored events for use in

Preparing allocation requisitions ensuring documentation is attached in preparation forGeneral Managers review and signature

Process incoming and outgoing mail

Receive incoming calls for BATC CDC and direct to appropriate personnel and/or assist inanswering inquiries

Entering CDC applications into database

Data Management  maintain records and keep on file for audit

Assist in preparation of meeting kits for Board meetings Attends Board meetings, recording minutes and keeping a list of Action Items for follow up and distribution to responsible parties

Attends training as may be required from time to time

Assume other task-related duties as may be required
